Service & Cancellation Policy
We recommend booking your event at least 14 days in advance. The earlier the better! Your event contract and deposit authorization will be sent to you and confirmed via email. We provide photo booth rental service in a large service area; therefore, if your event is located outside our 40 mile service coverage area (75070, 70001, 70836, 77056) their will be a small $75 travel fee added to your reservation. The service invoice total will be sent to your email within 48 hours of completing your reservation. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us via email or by phone.
In order to book your event, we require a $100 non-refundable rental deposit which is applied to your event's remaindering balance. A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. No event is ever confirmed without a paid deposit and the booking confirmation. Failure to send the requested deposit within 3 days, will cancel any reservation being held. A full refund can be issued for the deposit only upon receiving written notification within 48 hours of your completed reservation.
The remaining balance will be invoiced to you via email and is due 7 days prior to your event. All reservation changes will need to be provided to us in writing at least 14 days in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. All reservation changes are subject to availability. If your new event date is available, an email confirmation will be provided as proof of a confirmed reservation change. A refund is available for reservations that are paid in full and cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event date less the $100 non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay the event's balance in full within 7 days of the event will result in forfeit of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Zelle.
Delivery & Tear down
The client will provide Elle Photo Box with the event venues’ name and address when booking. Our team will arrive within 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the event start time. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Elle Photo Box in advance of event day if there are any known obstructions, stairwells, small elevators, narrow corridors’ or such that may require special labor and handling to deliver our photo booth and related equipment. If any venue has ‘special delivery’ requirements or any additional labor is required to enter a location those labor amounts will be billed to the client at a rate of $125 per event delivery; additionally, the client could also occur $125 charge for ‘special removal’ requirements.
The client understands that our photo booth is 200lbs, and delivery to any location with any staircases/stairs, tight/small hallways, or even an extremely long walking distance to specified location could result in ‘special delivery and/or strike charges.’ Client agrees to verify with the venue, delivery route into the building, and ease of access for our delivery team. It’s not our goal to charge you any extra fees, but to avoid any confusion in advance of the expectations of terms of delivery, and service.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of our photo booths to any location that is highly difficult, or dangerous for our team to execute. All payments will be forfeited, should the client fail to inform us in writing of any special requirements to successfully execute delivery of our photo booths to their event location in advance of event.
Our service is limited to what is detailed in our event agreement such as dates, times, team attire, delivery/performance times, equipment rental & staffing needs. Any additional assistance/advice or services offered to our clients is in good faith to help achieve a successful event. Elle Photo Box and team are not responsible for any loss, lost/stolen, misplaced or wrongfully allocated items at any event. If the client has any specific requests or service modifications for our staff those instructions need to be provided in writing (7) days prior to the event. Elle Photo Box has the right to refuse any requests that are not a part of our terms of service.
We protect the guest and our equipment with a $1,000,000 liability policy so you have nothing to worry about. We are not in this as a hobby; we are full service professionals that do not cut any corners in bringing you the best in event entertainment! You and your guests are protected. Occasionally, some venues require specific riders for their venue. Please notify our office if a rider is requested by your venue, allow (10) business days to process the request.
Elle Photo Box owns the copyrights to every image taken at any event; Elle Photo Box retains ownership of all images. Elle Photo Box will use images taken for marketing, social media and branding of our services. If you prefer that we do not use your event images, you must specifically tell us at the time of booking, in writing. Declining the use of event images may affect your event rate as the prices listed on this website take their use into consideration.
In the event extreme weather would create any “State of Emergency” or “Hazardous road conditions” that would impair our staff or your guests to be able to safely make transport to your event; the event would be subject to cancellation. At this time the lines of communications would open up between the signor and Elle Photo Box, acting in the best interest of both parties and to find a reasonable solution. If that means the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, (or delayed), deposits would then be forwarded to a new available event date. This would be considered an “Act of God” and any unused deposit may be forwarded to a new event date up until one year after the original event date. It is highly unlikely that this would occur, and is only precautionary statement for events in winter months that are subject to extreme weather and hazardous conditions. Trust we will make every effort to never cancel an event, and will only do so if it would compromise the safety of our team.

Privacy settings can be controlled to limit online behavioral tracking. The transmission of information over the internet is never 100% secure.We will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information (e.g. SSL Certificates).
Our data retention procedures are designed to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations relating to the storage and deletion of personal information. Personal information that we process for any reasons won’t be kept longer than is necessary for those purposes. We will keep documents containing personal data:
(a) When required to do so by law; and
(b) To exercise or defend our legal rights.
